Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the Tiyame Rewards card.

How do I earn points?
You earn points on every paid service at the cafe — printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, lamination, and browsing time. Points are added to your card automatically when you pay and give your registered phone number.
How do I check my points balance?
Ask the attendant at the front desk — your balance is shown on the system whenever your card or phone number is entered. It's also printed on your receipt after every visit.
How do I redeem my points?
Tell the attendant you'd like to use your points before you pay for a service. Points can be applied toward printing, photocopying, browsing time, or any other service offered at Tiyame.
What if I lose my card?
No problem — your points are tied to your phone number, not just the physical card. Let us know at the front desk and we'll issue a replacement with your balance intact.
Do points expire?
Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. We'll always let you know at the counter if any points on your account are close to expiring.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are tied to the original cardholder's phone number and can't be transferred between customers.
